Introduction

I am a seasoned business leader in regenerative healthcare who thrives when serving high performers who practice compassionate capitalism and seek to do well by doing good. I excel at leading teams and creating technology driven revenue growth. During my career, I’ve been blessed to enjoy success in multiple industries including ecommerce, healthcare, cross-border trade and investment, corporate finance, and consumer products branding and marketing.

Currently, I am the Chairman & CEO of ReGen Medical, an SBA Certified Women Owned Enterprise that manufacturers, distributes and finances regenerative health and longevity wellness products in North America. ReGen Medical is a leading provider of medical device technology that significantly improves health and wellness using noninvasive and nonsurgical methodologies to treat a wide variety of conditions. ReGen distributes its equipment through multiple channels in the U.S.A. including medical clinics, Chiropractors, alternative wellness centers and holistic medical practices. ReGen Medical maintains a keen focus on serving military personnel, first responders, professional athletes and regenerative practitioners serving the baby boomer generation.

In 2007, I was the founding managing partner and CEO of USA China Investments Group and its global subsidiaries in HK and Shanghai, launched to capitalize on the explosive growth in cross border trade and investment between the U.S. and China. The company facilitated dozens of cross border investments, joint ventures and business combinations while operational, helping many American and Chinese investors and entrepreneurs to further bilateral cooperation and commercial success.

I was fortunate to start my career with General Electric Capital in New York, where my people skills and finance acumen allowed me to excel and become recognized early in my career as a high-performing finance and marketing leader. During my time with GE, I trained at the GE Management Development Institute at Crotonville and led a successful team of business development executives and financial analysts on the East Coast. I have served as a director on numerous boards and hold a BS degree from the University of Maryland in business finance. I am also an Ordained Minister and SpecOps Chaplain and hold an Honorary Doctor of Divinity & Philosophy of the Humanities with an emphasis on Executive Leadership from the United Graduate College and Seminary International. I am blessed to have an amazing wife for 35 years and 3 amazing children who remind me each day of God’s Goodness and His Grace.
